I don’t even know where to begin with this review, aside from saying that Kelly is amazing! She has booked many (4+ I think?) vacations for our family. She has never disappointed us yet! My family was recently trying to plan a big group vacation, with people coming from Calgary and from Saskatoon, and we were getting really frustrated with trying to make something work smoothly (where we landed on the same day, same resort etc etc.) I finally got everyone to agree that we should just ask Kelly, within a day she had it all figured out and we paid our deposits the very next day.. Stress was gone needless to say! She also found a much better resort than the one we were originally looking at, for not much of a price difference! Then to add to that positive experience, she phoned me a few days later and she was able to drop roughly 100.00 off the cost of each person due to a tax break promotion! She also messaged the resort asking if we could get a special reservation at an al la carte for one night (someone’s birthday); along with a few other requests (being on the same floor etc.) She went so far out of her way to do this! It also shows that she truly cares about her clients. Anytime we have asked Kelly to look into certain destinations, she is always very honest with resorts we may want to avoid – she has always said that she wouldn’t send a client to a resort that she wouldn’t go to herself! She will also do her best to find something that will work within your price budget. The best part, she isn’t a 9-5 person, she will answer questions any time of the day over Facebook and will accommodate phone calls when she can! We were booked into the Grand sunset princess in playa del carmen was rated a 5 star and it definitely was, beautiful resort and had everything you could want! We did a few excursions first went to Xel-ha for the day it was so fun, floating around the water on tubes, snorkelling, zip lines into water which were not very high thankfully, the floating dock, great place highly recommended. Next we went to xcaret, swimming through the underground caves was amazing, but after that not a whole lot to do unless you pay extra and we already paid plenty! Xcaret is more of a nature place, it’s a nice park but for the price and what’s available I wouldn’t go back. We had a great holiday, thanks for everything Kelly!
