Sunwing Leisure Terms & Conditions
Documentation: A valid Canadian Passport is mandatory for entry into the destination. All passports are required to be in good condition. If you are traveling under another passport other than a Canadian passport, please ensure your eligibility as soon as possible as additional documentation may be required. It is the responsibility of the passenger to verify documentation requirements direct with the embassy or consulate of travel. Customs and/or immigration officials can deny a person entry into their country at their own discretion. Log on to travel.gc.ca for country information and a full travel report.
Traveling with a criminal record may affect your eligibility to enter another country.
Trip cancellation, Trip Interruption & Out of Province Medical insurance is highly recommended. Cancellation insurance must be purchased at time of deposit, as that is when penalties come into effect. Please note that in the event that the bride and groom decide not to travel for any reason, the rest of the group is still expected to travel, and all payments made are 100% non-refundable should they also decide to cancel. Insurance does not cover such instances as changing one’s mind about travel and therefore is out of the hands of the travel agent and travel agency.
I recognize that your credit card may have travel protection. However, please familiarize yourself with what you are covered for to ensure adequate protection for all of those in your party.
Should you choose to purchase the travel protection from Sunwing, you are bound by the terms and conditions of that contract as outlined here: sunwing.ca/pages/en/worryFree-TCsPOP
