Destination Wedding Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 CAD per person for the guests of the wedding is due at the time of confirming your group paid to the tour operator to guarantee your spot on the trip! Once deposits have been paid cancellation penalties are in effect. Package prices are not guaranteed until under deposit. Taxes and surcharges are subject to change. The deposit per guest is $300 which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Credit card will be the only form of payment accepted.
A valid Canadian Passport is mandatory for entry into the destination. All passports are required to be in good condition. If you are traveling under another passport other than a Canadian passport, please ensure your eligibility as soon as possible as additional documentation may be required. It is the responsibility of the passenger to verify documentation requirements direct with the embassy or consulate of travel. Customs and/or immigration officials can deny a person entry into their country at their own discretion. Log on to travel.gc.ca for country information and a full travel report.
Traveling with a criminal record may affect your eligibility to enter another country.
Trip cancellation, Trip Interruption & Out of Province Medical insurance is highly recommended. Cancellation insurance must be purchased at time of deposit, as that is when penalties come into effect. Please note that in the event that the bride and groom decide not to travel for any reason, the rest of the group is still expected to travel, and all payments made are 100% non-refundable should they also decide to cancel. Insurance does not cover such instances as changing one’s mind about travel and therefore is out of the hands of the travel agent and travel agency.
I recognize that your credit card may have travel protection. However, please familiarize yourself with what you are covered for to ensure adequate protection for all of those in your party.
I hereby authorize Travel Professionals International (TPI) to charge my credit card and/or hereby authorize Kelly Klassen to act on my behalf and apply payment for my travels with a travel supplier as per the agreed upon amounts.

Flight times are subject to change. If you are booked with a charter company, please note that they hold the ability to change the flight schedule, delay flights, postpone flights, reassign flights etc at their discretion. In the event of an aircraft change, your seat selection may be reassigned without reimbursement.
Room/resort requests of any kind are subject to availability and are at the discretion of the resort and therefore, cannot be guaranteed.
If the room category you are booked into is on a stop-sell, it cannot be modified in any way.
Issues that occur while you are at destination are beyond my control. Please contact me while you are on vacation and I will try my best to help.
Unless stated otherwise, transfers are included in your vacation package.
What the hotel says they will do is completely up to them and is impossible to predict since every hotel is different. Having more experience with the supplier than any resort leaves me to trust the supplier to make the best recommendations, which I pass on to you.
If the price of your vacation drops after you book your trip, the group will be eligible for a one time price adjustment, outside of 60 days prior to departure if the tour operator has enough space to re-book the whole group (meaning … if they only have 1 room left that is “on sale”, they will not do a price adjustment for the whole group).
Kelly Klassen, TPI TRAVEL and TRAVEL PROFESSIONALS INTERNATIONAL will not be held LIABLE and WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, UPSET, DISAPPOINTMENT, DISTRESS OR FRUSTRATION, WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL, RESULTING FROM THE ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY OTHER THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL SUPPLIERS, THE RESORT/CRUISE or THE TOUR OPERATOR AND/OR ITS EMPLOYEES.
